Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums on DTF and DTG. Screen printing starts at 25 pieces for the best per-unit pricing, but we can do smaller runs... just ask.
How do I place an order?
Submit a quote request through our Get a Quote form. Once we review your order details, we’ll send you an invoice and a digital design proof for approval. After your invoice is paid and your design proof is approved, your order will be placed into production.
Production turnaround begins after payment and proof approval are complete.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Always. You approve a digital proof before we print a single shirt. No proof, no print.
Printing Methods
Which method is best for my design?
Bold, simple, high-quantity = Screen Printing. Large fast full-color runs = DTF. Photos or small runs on cotton = DTG. Polos & hats = embroidery. All-over polyester = sublimation. Not sure? Send us your art.
What's the most durable print?
Sublimation is nearly permanent. Embroidery lasts the life of the garment. DTF and screen printing are very durable; DTG is good with proper care.
Pricing
How much do custom shirts cost?
Pricing depends on quantity, colors, garment, print locations, print method, print size, and turnaround time. Use the Quote Form for customized pricing specific to your exact needs.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, price per unit drops sharply as quantity rises. Tiered pricing kicks in at 2,6,13,25, 50, 75,100, 250, and 500 units.

What's your standard turnaround?
3 to 5 business days from proof approval. Rush production (24–72 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Can you do same-day or next-day?
For small DTF/DTG orders, often yes. Call us before noon and we'll tell you if it's doable.
Artwork
What file format do you need?
Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal. High-res PNG (300 DPI, transparent background) works for most methods. Not sure? Send what you have, submit a Quote Request and upload your artwork
Can you design my shirt?
Yes. Our in-house designers can recreate, clean up, or design from scratch. Design fees are flat-rate and quoted upfront.
